It's yours. You can see all of it. You can leave with all of it.
You have probably heard the story, or lived it: the contractor who changed marketing companies and lost the website, the phone number on the truck, or the Google profile. This page is what we promise instead. It is also in the agreement you sign.
What is yours, and where it lives
We work as a manager on accounts you own. You can remove our access yourself, at any time, without asking us.
| What | Owner | How it is set up |
|---|---|---|
| Your domain name | You | Registered in your name, in your own registrar account. If you don't have one yet, we open it with you on the launch call and you hold the login. |
| Google Business Profile | You | You are the primary owner. We are added as a manager. Your reviews stay with the profile. |
| Ad accounts | You | The account is yours and Google bills your card directly. We never hold your ad money. |
| Your website | You | You get the complete files at launch. A current copy sits on your dashboard. The site is plain HTML and runs on any web host, with no special system to rent. |
| Photos, logo, and words | You | Your photos and logo stay yours. The words we write for your site are yours to keep and reuse. |
| Leads and customer records | You | Every call, text, and quote request, with where it came from and what it turned into. Download them as a spreadsheet any day. |
| Your phone numbers | You | The business line and any tracked lines we set up for your truck or Google profile are yours to take to any carrier. |
What you can see, any day
One private link, on your phone. No login to forget and no report to wait for.
Calls, texts, and quote requests by source, with the jobs you won and what they were worth. Jobs, not clicks.
A work log in plain words: what is finished, what is in progress, and what is waiting on you.
Type a request on your dashboard. You see when we saw it and when it was done. Our typical pick-up time is shown on the page.
Leads, customers, call and text history, reports, work log, site settings, and website files. Download it as often as you like, without asking.
If you leave
People change direction for all kinds of reasons. You don't owe us one. Here is exactly what happens.
- FirstYou tell us, by text or email
No form, no phone call to talk you out of it. We confirm your last day in writing and send you this list. After your first three months the plan is month to month with thirty days' notice.
- Until your last dayNothing goes dark
Your site stays online and your leads keep reaching you through the end of your notice period, so there is no gap while you move.
- Your recordsAlready in your hands
Your leads, customers, reports, work log, and current website files are on your dashboard today. You can download them before you ever tell us you are leaving.
- Your accountsWe remove ourselves
We take our access off your Google profile and ad accounts on the date you choose, and confirm it in writing. We set your quote form to reach you without us.
- Your phone numbersReleased to the carrier you choose
When your new carrier asks for a number, we release it. Your lines keep ringing through to you until the transfer completes.
- AfterwardsWe delete, and we tell you first
Your dashboard and download stay open after your last day so you can take a final copy. We tell you before your records are deleted from our systems.
What we will never do
- Hold your domain, Google profile, or ad accounts. They are in your name, so they were never ours to hold.
- Charge a fee to leave, or a fee for the handover.
- Make you call, wait, or ask twice to get what is yours.
- Register anything of yours in our name.
- Delete your records without telling you first.
What does not transfer
A guarantee is only worth something if it is honest about its edges.
- The software behind your lead texts and dashboard is our service.
- Missed-call text-back, lead alerts, review requests, the dashboard, and the monthly report stop on your last day. Your website, numbers, and records do not depend on them.
- Carrier transfer times are set by the carriers.
- We release a number when your new carrier asks for it. How long the move then takes is up to the carriers.
- Ending the plan does not erase what is already owed.
- Any balance up to your last day is still due under the agreement.
- We don't put a number of days on the handover.
- Most of what is yours is already in your name or on your dashboard, so there is little to wait for. For the rest, your work log shows each handover step and when it was done.
- This page is a summary.
- The services agreement you sign is the binding document. It says the same things, in the same plain English.
We would rather earn the next month than trap it.
If the work is good, you stay because it pays. If it isn't, you should be able to walk out with everything you came in with, and everything we built.
